We're getting down to the final couple of weeks before the NHL's trade deadline day. One of the biggest questions remains about the best player available, inChicago Blackhawks star Patrick kane, will stay or get traded?
It's not due to team's not wanting Kane, but more the concerns of Kane's health. However, despite Kane's well documented hip issues, Kane seems to want to continue to play and looks to be looking forward to trade deadline.
The question now is what will the asking price be for Kane? We've heard numerous things from a first round pick to a top prospect. Well according to Hockey Insider Frank Seravalli the asking price may have lowered... DRASTICALLY
Seravalli says: For those interested in Patrick Kane, It sounds like his price has dropped, To the point where the Blackhawks may not even get a first back for him, depending on what the Hawks get back for other players. Seravalli also mentioned the Edmonton Oilers maybe one of Kane's acceptable destinations. This is not the best news, as if Patrick Kane leaves Chicago, Blackhawks fans will be even more less satisfied if it's for a bad return.
