Unfortunate Behaviour from Blackhawk fans Amidst Kirby Dach's Injury
The hockey community witnessed an unfortunate incident when some Chicago Blackhawks fans celebrated Kirby Dach's major injury.
Habs Fan TV revealed this unsavoury behaviour and called for accountability, stating,
"Some Hawks fans showed their true colors today, didn't they? Call them out below to shame them."
It's essential to remember that the Blackhawks traded Dach to the Montreal Canadiens in July 2022, receiving 1st and 3rd round picks in return.
Dach had shown promising growth in Montreal after being drafted 3rd overall in 2019 by Chicago.
While we won't highlight the offensive comments, it's clear that some crossed a line.
Kirby Dach's injury, which the Montreal Canadiens have confirmed is not short-term, occurred during a game when he was hit into the Chicago bench by Blackhawks defenseman Jarred Tinordi. He is confirmed out for the entire season:
