The Knights' Front Office needs to change. They spend a lot of money, which is a good thing to a certain extent. They don't tell their players anything, which is not good. Here are some problems with the Knights front office and team itself.

The Salary Cap. The Knights have the following 4 players under the same payroll:
Jack Eichel ($10,000,000 AAV - 4 more seasons)
Mark Stone ($9,500,000 AAV - 5 more seasons)
Alex Pietrangelo ($8,000,000 AAV - 5 more seasons)
Shea Theodore ($5,200,000 AAV - 3 more seasons)

It's pretty absurd. And for it, they are $5,794,643 over the cap, even after trading Max Pacioretty, who was earning 7 million dollars a year. Even knowing that they were over the cap, or were going to go over, they didn't care. Vegas still made a splash in Free Agency and signed multiple players, such as Spencer Foo, Brett Howden, Bryan Froese, and resigning Nicolas Roy to a 5-year deal.

How they treat their players is awful. Marc Andre Fleury was one of those victims. Peter DeBoer clearly had a favorite and it was not Fleury. It was Robin Lehner. And who threw DeBoer under the bus? It wasn't Fleury - it was the Vegas Golden Knights GM Kelly McCrimmon. To make matters worse, Marc Andre Fleury found out he was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks on Twitter. He wasn't even told by the Front Office.
