Bobby Ryan's Comments About Women's Sports Results in Firing

Bobby Ryan has put himself into an unenviable position, as a result of his controversial remarks on women's sports.
Ryan made it a point this week, to disparage women's sports and women's athletics making absolute sense to no one. Ryan who once suffered from alcohol addiction saw himself recover and had found a career in sports media.
However, it looks like he has squandered the goodwill he once had, and has been fired from the "Comin In Hot" podcast.
Earlier this week, Bobby Ryan made comments on social media that do not align with our show or that of our sponsors and partner, The Nation Network. As a result, we have mutually decided to part ways.
The ultimate irony of this he was fired for making comments too spicy while being a team member of the aptly titled "Comin In Hot" podcast, which exclusively covers the Ottawa Senators and related topics.
I as an individual will not endorse Bobby Ryan's comments, regarding women's sports, as the PWHL is on an upswing and shows a lack of proper context regarding how popular sports like the WNBA, NCAA, or PWHL are.
However, while he remained dedicated to not holding his thoughts on the topic back, there are proper critiques to be made, but these hot-takes seemed to be exclusively engagement farming in my opinion.
