Gaudreau family delivers emotional holiday posts during first Christmas without brothers Johnny and Matthew

This Christmas for the Gaudreau family has to be a tough one, celebrating their first Christmas without brothers Matthew and Johnny.

The two brothers were tragically struck by a drunk driver on August 29 in Oldmans Township, New Jersey, the day before their sister's wedding in which the Gaudreau brothers were to be groomsmen.

Johnny was 31 years of age, and Matthew was 29 at the time of their death. Johnny's wife, Meredith Gaudreau, was pregnant with their third child.

Moments after the revelation of Meredith's pregnancy, we found out Madeline- the wife of Matthew Gaudreau is also expecting her first child, who will be named Tripp.

Wife of Johnny Gaudreau shared emotional photos on social media during the 2024 Holidays, and a custom wrapping paper stole the show, as Santa Claus donned Johnny's #13.

Sister of Johnny and Matthew, Katie Gaudreau, also posted an emotional story on her instagram account which showed the siblings during the holidays 10 years back.
