Last year was a really tough year for Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews. He had the worst season of his career since he jumped into the league during the 2007-08 season. Add to the fact that he only played 64 games during his rookie season and still registered two more points than he did last year. Fortunately for Hawks' fans he bounced back in a big way this year. At the age of 30, Toews set new career highs in both goals (34) and points (78) while tying his career high in assists (44). Stick tap to the captain on a great year.
