Major League Hockey: A Major Fraud!?
The Major League of Hockey is set to make its inaugural debut in North America, this November. But it's been accused of being a league run by frauds and scammers.
The league is a 3-on-3 league of which is supposed to offer an alternative to the NHL. But it's gaining traction, only in the amount of haters it seems to accrue.
Andrew Brewer, a coach of 200 Foot Hockey and 200 and 200 Foot Hockey, a leader in the Hockey Tech world, has dropped some horrific details regarding the league. Of which, tryouts have occurred, but those who try out have to pay a fee, and if you make the team only half of the fee would be refunded.
This is laughably insane & unprofessional
Running paid tryout camps in a league with a supposed 30 Million salary camp and you get refunded 50% if you make the team but you get free snacks!
I can't believe this is still alive!
The MLH makes major claims that the league will have a salary cap of $30 Million to start out, and will have former NHLers in important roles. Many players will be entry-level, and the league will have a variety of skilled players and veterans as well.
The league claims they will begin in November, but people feel with the fee attached and the minimal salary cap to start, it is a fraudulent, amateurish league.
It'll be hard to find their credibility should they not back up their claims.
