Matthew Tkachuk and Rangers Igor Shesterkin throws hands in heated game 5 tilt
The New York Rangers and Florida Panthers faced off in a heated game five of the eastern conference final intentions, and were sure high throughout entire game.
With only one goal being scored throughout the first two periods, fans were on their seats and when the third period came along, the Florida Panthers unloaded, and would ultimately take the win by a score of 3 to 2 against the new York Rangers.
Two of the most well-known names in the series is Florida Panthers forward Matthew Tkachuk and New York Rangers goaltender Igor Shesterkin, Tkachuk known for his rough antics , and Shesterkin known for his abilities to flop (dive), and also make highlight saves.
The two were involved in an altercation when Igor finally snapped and threw hands with Tkachuk:
Game six will be on Saturday, June 1st and this one's heading back to Florida where with a win, the Panthers could secure their spot in the Stanley Cup final, winning the series 4-2 in game six.
