The Chicago Blackhawks' struggles continued over the weekend with back to back losses against the Nashville Predators and Calgary Flames.
The team had a couple of days off to regroup before they face the Anaheim Ducks tonight in Anaheim, will it be enough to regroup?
We'll have to wait and see but in the meantime it sounds like Blackhawks general manager Stan Bowman is looking to get the team a boost.
According to both NHL Insider
Elliotte Friedman and Jay Zawaski of the 670 The Score the Blackhawks have reignited their interest in Vancouver Canucks froward Sam Gagner.
The Hawks tried to sign Gagner as a free agent in 2017 but he decided to sign a three year deal with Vancouver.
The 29 year old has struggled with Vancouver recently even being sent to the AHL.
Do you think he would be a good pickup for the Hawks?
