Drunk driver who killed Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Gaudreau upset that he's held in jail until Thursday
The drunk driver who killed Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, which was reported on Friday, is named Sean Higgins, 43. Higgins appears to be upset that he is being held in county jail until Thursday.
"So..."'Im here until Thursday?" Higgins asked the judge at one point during the proceedings.
Higgins told law enforcement that he had '5-6 beers' before hopping into his vehicle.
