Connor Ingram's mystery disappearance from the NHL and the Utah Hockey Club was weeks long, he has now came forward and addressed the true reasoning: a tragedy

Utah Hockey Club took action and gave Connor Ingram time away from the ice, while thousands of fans were curious on his disappearance, Ingram was mourning.

Following the Arizona Coyotes' move to Utah, new leading owner Ryan Smith lead the franchise to success in their first NHL season and continues to create a well-respected fan base, offering discounted tickets, and competitive food and beverage pricing for their fans.

Connor Ingram, Utah's starting goaltender disappeared for a substantial amount of time, as a fan favorite on Utah and throughout his time in Arizona, fans have wondered; what happened to him?

He has missed time before after checking into the NHL Player Assistance Program, due to mental health issues.

Sadly, tragedy has now struck the 27-year old goaltender.

"At the end of November I asked for time off. My mom was really sick and then my mom passed away December 3rd. I was at home until the 13th, 14th. I took time off to grieve. I wasn't handling it well. That's why I was gone."

Team Utah reportedly came together to support Ingram, through thick and thin.

«The team donated a bunch of money and things like that to our small town ambulance and the cancer center in Saskatoon. Everyone around here has been fantastic.»
