Crawford, who spent 15 years with the Blackhawks, eventually sold the Washington Boulevard condo for just under the asking price of $4.65 million, six months after it was listed online. He retired instead of joining the New Jersey Devils at the time.
Crawford was one of the last remaining members of the Blackhawks dynasty from 2010-2015. He only appeared in one game with the Blackhawks in 09-10 but eventually became the starting goaltender in later years.
He and his wife, Kristy, owned the condo for less than two years before putting it up for sale.
The buyer, Khurram Hussein, was identified in Cook County records. He is the current seller of the property and could not be reached for comment by Crain's.
According to the listing, the property features a west-facing terrace and a luxurious outdoor kitchen. Additionally, a retractable wall leaves no barrier between the indoors and outdoors when open.
The windows are floor-to-ceiling, and there is a golf simulator room, two laundry rooms, and a staircase that connects both levels of the condo.
The condo was finished in 2018, by Sulo Development and is on Hayden West Loop.
