The Chicago Blackhawks and Colorado Avalanche are divisional rivals, but there's an understory to this game tonight.

Seth Jones and Nathan MacKinnon used to play in the WHL with the Portland Winterhawks, and MacKinnon with the Halifax Mooseheads.

This moment will live in infamy, like another in the WHL Memorial Cup, where Nathan MacKinnon devastated the Portland Winterhawks.

Tonight Jfresh used a hilarious clip of Jones getting owned in the past by MacKinnon in during the series.

It'd be funnier, if it wasn't so sad, as the exactly same play that happened tonight, was so similar to the Colorado Avalanche's 2nd goal tonight.

Instead of putting all of his speed in the play he has replicated an error that will live on in infamy on the net tonight.

Giving up one to Nathan MacKinnon is one thing, but to do it habitually? That is another.

Honestly, after that clip, I doubt that the Avalanche broadcasters are paying that close of attention to the game, or the lack of air has gone to their head.

Seth Jones is all bagels tonight, as he has 9:53 TOI against the Avalanche with 11 shifts taken tonight. He has 1 hit tonight.

Hopefully, this is the last kind of night we see of Jones's terrible play, as his season stats aren't THAT terrible, with 7 points( 1 G, 6 A) in 9 games, with a -3

Jones is in year 3 of his 8-year, $9.5 Million AAV deal with the Chicago Blackhawks.

Will Kyle Davidson end this experiment soon?
