With the NHL regular starting up, the Chicago Blackhawks have a deep organizational depth in Rockford.

They have a number of great prospects that could end up being the building blocks for the next Blackhawks championship in the future.

The team added some great talent in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft which saw Artyom Levshunov, Sascha Boisvert, and AJ Spellacy being added to the depth in Rockford.

In addition, we'll check how the prospects have fared now that the regular season in the AHL has started.

Korchinski was unable to crack the NHL lineup this season, due to the influx of veteran NHLers. Since he needed to tweak his game, after 76 games in the bigs last season, the Blackhawks want him to gain some confidence, and come back to the team better after a stint in Rockford.

He'd show off his wheels in Rockford, as the IceHogs took on the Grand Rapids Griffins, and Korchinski would go coast-to-coast and score an impressive goal against the Griffins putting the IceHogs up 2-0, in the 2nd period.

Korchinski wasn't able to be sent down to the AHL, as he was 19 years old last season, and the Blackhawks burnt through the 1st year of his ELC. He looks like he's off to a great start in the AHL, and hopefully, the team can see him come looking like a fully-rounded defenseman soon.

Colton Dach

Dach would show his power-forward stylings against the Grand Rapid Griffins, putting up a point, and would end up fighting Detroit Red Wings 1st rounder Marco Kasper.

His efforts would earn him the 1st Star of the game. Dach has come close this season to making the NHL, due to his heavy style of play but injuries have caused him some issues with the promotion to a big league spot.

Dach looks primed to be another call-up for the Blackhawks this season and has all the makings of an old-school forward that GM's and Coaches love.

Nazar would score a goal in his 1st NHL game, on his 1st shot against the Carolina Hurricanes on April 14th, 2024. It sounds like something on EA's NHL game, right? Well, there was thought he'd contribute to the Blackhawks as an NHLer, but Kyle Davidson and the Blackhawks have placed him in the AHL, the same as their promising defenseman.

It's in order to develop further before they decide to call him up long-term. Nazar has all the tools, with speed and playmaking ability, and could slot in behind Connor Bedard when the time comes.

In the game against the Grand Rapids Griffins, Nazar tallied an assist and will be relied upon for the IceHogs in all situations. He'll eat a ton of minutes while making the other team pay for their mistakes.

Oliver Moore and Sam Rinzel

The Blackhawks have a great deal drafting these two teammates. As they get to watch their development at the University of Minnesota together.

Both Rinzel and Moore didn't wait to contribute to their team's success, as in two games for the Gophers, Moore had one assist, and Rinzel had 2 points(1 G, 1 A).

Moore is set to be one of the top forwards in Minnesota, as his production will undoubtedly rise as the season progresses. While Rinzel is also poised to make an impact for the Gophers, as someone who has size and great skating capabilities.

Sascha Boisvert

Boisvert has begun his season with the University of North Dakota with an "NHL Style goal", along with an assist during his debut for the team.

His shot from the top of the slot showcased his great shooting ability and high hockey IQ. The 18th overall pick is unlikely to sign his rookie contract this season, but the 18th overall pick in 2024 could end up inking a deal in 2025-2026 if he proves to make an impact in North Dakota.
