Chicago Sports Network Begins Trending For An Awful Blunder During LIVE Blackhawks Broadcast

The Chicago Sports Network debuted its cost this Friday, as the app went live. For those fortunate enough to have Blackhawks season tickets, the Blackhawks organization has taken care of the membership costs, per Danny Wirtz.
'Season ticket members are the heart and soul of this franchise, and your passion for Blackhawks hockey drives everything we do,' the Blackhawks' email read, as reported by The Athletic.
'I'm reaching out today to acknowledge how frustrating and confusing our recent television broadcast situation has been for many of you.
'We want everyone, anywhere, however, they choose, to be able to watch Blackhawks hockey. That goal remains the same, and the Chicago Sports Network's highest priority right now is to get distribution deals done with as many carriers as possible.'

As nothing in life is perfect, the CHSN shouldn't be expected to be perfect, and mistakes are made.
However, that doesn't mean you ship an unfinished product or let something that should've been QA'd slip through the cracks.
Tonight against the Vancouver Canucks, the CHSN really dropped the ball, and they did by misspelling one of the rostered Blackhawks defensemen's last names.
TJ "Brody" instead of T.J. Brodie, a veteran defenseman who the Blackhawks acquired in free agency.
Keep in mind this is the service, Danny Wirtz, Jerry Reinsdorf, and Standard Media will be asking you either for $19.99/ a month( for the Blackhawks alone), or $29.99/ a month( for the Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox).
Is this acceptable so early, when the CHSN has already created a negative atmosphere for the fumbling of a carrier early in the regular season?
Absolutely not.
While this fault alone isn't indicative that the brand will fail, the Wirtz's have already lost face in some Hawks fans will get a free membership to CHSN(season ticket holders) for this season, while others are left holding the bag.
Great precedent, to set a group of fans apart from the rest. Really feels like community right?
The product on the ice is failing, and the CHSN is another example of a quick business decision in order to retain money, arguably they don't deserve it when NBC Universal was doing a better job.
