The Chicago Blackhawks organization will completely alter this Tuesday

The 2024 NHL Draft Lottery will take place on Tuesday, May 7th at 6:30 PM E.T/5:30 PM C.T. and Chicago Blackhawks fans who are keeping track of the rebuild should watch.
The Blackhawks have a 13.5% chance of winning the draft lottery, for the second year in a row.
Rules have changed, due to the New York Rangers winning the lottery twice since 2021, and of course, the future is uncertain.
That should still bring excitement to Blackhawks fans as they could see the team win the draft lottery.
In doing so, they could end up picking Macklin Celebrini 1st overall in the 2024 NHL Draft.
They could complete the rebuild with a player like Celebrini who is speculated to be NHL-ready within the next year.
