Winter Classic Mayhem: NHL Reporter and Mascot Duke it Out in Epic Showdown

In a surprising turn of events at the Winter Classic in Seattle, the on-ice battle wasn't the only action-packed showdown.

Former NHL player and TNT broadcaster Paul Bissonnette and the Seattle Kraken's mascot, Buoy, engaged in a heated confrontation via social media for many weeks prior to the in-person altercation unfoldings at the 2024 Winter Classic Monday.

During the second intermission, the online talk became reality.

The feud began with a fiery exchange on social media, with taunts and challenges exchanged. Fast forward to the Winter Classic, and Buoy, armed with oversized boxing gloves, confronted Bissonnette in the broadcast area. The clash escalated quickly, with swings, microphone jabs, and even a KICK ME sign in the mix.

As the encounter reached its ending, Bissonnette delivered a move reminiscent of The Rock, dropping a decisive People's Elbow on Buoy's head, making for an awesome scene that is sure to give everyone a big laugh.
