As one of the most trusted leaders within the Columbus Blue Jackets locker room, Nick Foligno has proven himself time and again. From 2012 to 2021, he was a key member of the team, serving as Captain for six years with the team.
Despite all of his leadership experience, the Blackhawks only signed him for one season.
Despite playing fourth-line minutes with the record-breaking Boston Bruins team, Foligno posted reasonable numbers with 10 goals, 26 points, 147 hits, and a plus-18 rating.
Considering his leadership style, it's possible many teams will pursue him again if he can replicate last season's performance.
