Long have the Patrick Kane rumours run rampant throughout this offseason, with new avenues emerging, and then falling apart.
However, a recent one seems fitting, but, the thought of the union between player and organization, in this case anyway is gut-wrenching for Blackhawks fans. The hockey news suggested a team that'll fit Patrick Kane very well, for Hawks fans, this is a big no!
The Detroit Red Wings are up-and-coming and the diligent work, or wizardry of GM Steve Yzerman has put the Red Wings organization on an upward trajectory. And certainly the team has some hockey to be played, before their prowess can be assessed.
But in Detroit, Kane has familiarity, as the rivals are far from strangers with one another. With the Red Wings core intact and the young guns in waiting, Detroit could certainly be a tough option to ignore for Kaner.
So, what do you think NHL fans. Certainly Kane has been the epitome of what a Blackhawk is for many years, but with the team heading in one direction, and Kane in the other. The question becomes simple, how long until a decision is reached, and the forward can gain a little bit of stability and be assured of his future?
