Terrifying Moment Breaks Out After Player Takes a Shot Directly to The Throat
Tonight a scary moment broke out during the Ottawa Senators and New York Rangers game, defensemen Travis Hamonic of the Ottawa Senators was in the shooting lane of New York Rangers prospect Vitaly Kravstov, and took Kravstov's shot directly to the throat, where he then would rush to the bench and locker room.
The Rangers decided to ''play on'' and scored, where they then celebrated while Hamonic was laying on the ice.
It took about 20 minutes to get an update from medical staff, leaving fans scared of what bad news could possibly come out of that.
NHL reporter and insider Dan Rosen provided an update on Hamonic, and thankfully he is okay.
In matter of fact, he was right back out there for the next period, hockey players are true warriors!
