Blackhawks part ways with key forward following major acquisition

The Blackhawks seem to be parting ways with forward, Lukas Reichel, after forward, Colton Dach, makes shocking NHL debut. Reichel now sits on the outside of the lineup.

The Chicago Blackhawks have been in dire need for a spark these past few weeks. With below average standings and consistent adjustments being made, from players to coaches, the team has been doing everything in their power to get out of the NHL basement.

With horrible standings and no sense of improvement, many have started to believe the Blackhawks are a lost cause and have no chance to get out of their rut.

These assumptions may have been false, as the Chicago Blackhawks completely flipped last night due to prospect, Colton Dach and the team who pulled out a strong 4-2 win against the Montreal Canadiens.

Colton Dach was on fire last night! He led the Hawks in shots on net and total hits, five shots and five hits, within his NHL debut.

Dach may be the spark Chicago has been missing.

Although it might be too soon to tell, Dach has an exceptional record within the AHL and continues to show his talent and ability within the NHL.

This prospect made sure to make us well aware that he is more than capable to make his presence known.

Blackhawks fans can expect to see Colton Dach and the team this Sunday at 3:00pm during their next home game against the New York Rangers at the United Centre.
