The Chicago Blackhawks had one of their players go under the knife recently.�
Tracey Myers of NHL.com reports that Brandon Davidson underwent leg surgery on Tuesday and will miss at least the next 6-8 weeks.�
Dr. Michael Terry told reporters that the surgery was a success and he should be able to return around January 9th at the earliest.�
Davidson played through a PTO during training camp before eventually earning a year deal.
