Future Blackhawk? Macklin Celebrini completes crazy history
The Chicago Blackhawks may not be doing well this season, but they have their eyes on a talented player in the upcoming draft.
Macklin Celebrini, a freshman from Boston University, is making headlines with his impressive performance on the ice. In a recent game against the RIT Tigers, Celebrini scored his 32nd goal of the season, setting a new record for most goals by a player under 18 in NCAA history.
With 29 assists, he's proven himself as a strong player, totaling an impressive 61 points in just 36 games this season.
Celebrini's outstanding performance has put him in the lead for the No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming NHL Draft.
Despite the Blackhawks' tough season, they're hopeful that adding Celebrini to their team could change their future for the better.
