Johnny Gaudreau's Wife's Emotional Message on Social Media is heartbreaking
Meredith Gaudreau broke her silence on Saturday to post on Instagram, and would illustrate her thoughts on her husband's wrongful and unseemly death.
She would post a message on social media from her and her children's perspective. The post offers a lot of insight on what many of us should consider, when someone loses family feels.
Meredith is undoubtedly suffering and will need the hockey community's support to get through this tragedy.
She first posted a note:
Thank you for the best years of my life. Even though I lost you, I'm still the luckiest girl in the world because I was your partner. I love you so much. You were perfect. Sometimes it almost seemed too good to be true.
I love every little thing about you.
I can't wait to be with you again. You are my everything.
I love you so much, forever and ever.
- Meredith Gaudreau
I cannot imagine the pain is she is going through, as all of this has been a whirlwind. To even let us in, is a graciousness she didn't have to allow, but as Gaudreau was beloved in the NHL, she received 30,000 likes and 1,500 messages of support.
It really is great to see she isn't alone during this difficult time.
