"When the Chicago Blackhawks signed Robin Lehner during the offseason it raised a lot of questions. However halfway through the season, it seems to be the right move. It's created a bit of competition and has made Corey Crawford better because of it.However it doesn't sound like the goalie tandem will be back again next year. Lehner was asked about his contract situation today and said he won't be taking any kind of hometown discount to stick around. "I've taken discounts my whole life." Lehner added that he loves Chicago but wants to get a fair market value deal.
