Saddened news plagues hockey world with unexpected passing of broadcaster
Heartbreaking news of an unexpected passing has struck the hockey world this morning of a familiar face everyone should know or have seen before.
TSN host Darren Dutchyshen has passed away at the age of 57, TSN shared the following announcement:
TSN is mourning the loss of our friend and beloved SportsCentre host Darren Dutchyshen.
In late of 2021, Dutchyshen came forward with the news that he was undergoing cancer treatment.
He took a much needed year off and made his return to broadcasting in 2022, but has now sadly lost his battle against cancer.
