NHL Insider Eric Beaston of the Bleacher Report has speculated where forward James Van Riemsdyk might land next.

Even though he scored 38 points(11 G, 27 A) with the Boston Bruins this season, he remains unsigned.

He is a consistent producer of secondary offensive and could be beneficial to many teams in the NHL, including the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Blackhawks would of course benefit from his leadership capabilities and his clutch scoring ability.

The 35-year-old has scored 105 points( 47 G, 58 A) in the past three seasons in the NHL in 214 games played.

With many teams including the Vegas Golden Knights vowing not to touch JVR, it might be a good add for the Blackhawks to add as a depth forward for 2024-2025.

While the Hawks may not be playoff-ready just yet, he could also impart the wisdom needed for many players just getting their feet wet in the NHL.

His 1-2 punch of reliability and veteran savvy would make him an easy addition for any team that needs to improve their overall performance in the NHL in 2024-2025.

During his 15-year NHL career, he has scored 629 points( 311 G, 318 A) in 1,011 games played.
