With the new additions the Blackhawks made this off-season, there has been a lot of questions and excitement as to what the new lines will be. Digging even deeper, what Bedard's line will be.
Well, the NHL made an X post that dove into it, and this could be their lines on opening night.
The lines are the following:
Bertuzzi - Bedard - Kurashev
Hall - Dickinson - Teravainen
Foligno - Athanasiou - Mikheyev
Maroon - Donato - Smith
Vlasic - Jones
Korchinski - Murphy
Martinez - Brodie
Mrzaek
Brossoit
Bertuzzi as a protector on the first line would be good for Connor, and Kurashev as first line RW worked last year, as Bedard and Kurashev worked well together.
However, the only reason Kurashev was on the first line is because there was no other option. Now, you have Teuvo. Put Teuvo up on the first line and have Nick Foligno with Bedard as the two of them share a special bond. Move Bertuzzi down to the second line with Hall on the third. Defense is fine, and so are goalies.
