Blackhawks Start Five-Game Road Trip Against Dallas Stars

The Chicago Blackhawks are set to take on the Dallas Stars Saturday night in the first of four matchups this season, kicking off a five-game road trip.

Fans can watch on CHSN or listen live on WGN Radio. For more details on how to catch Blackhawks games, head to Blackhawks Broadcast Schedule

Chicago's Recent Success in Dallas

The Blackhawks have done well in Dallas recently, earning points in six of their last nine road games against the Stars. Tyler Bertuzzi has been a big part of that success, scoring five points (2G, 3A) in his last three games against Dallas. Taylor Hall has also been effective, scoring in his last two games against the Stars and putting up four points (2G, 2A) over the last six. Jason Dickinson has also been strong against Dallas with six points (2G, 4A) over his last nine games against them, it is also Dickinson's favorite team.

Blackhawks' Close Game Against the Predators

Chicago's last game was a tight 3-2 loss to the Nashville Predators at home. Connor Bedard and Craig Smith each scored for the Blackhawks, while rookie Nolan Allan got his first NHL point with an assist. Many fans were upset, but once again head coach Luke Richardson did not seem fazed over another loss.

Connor Bedard: Bedard's goal against Nashville was his 24th career goal, putting him in company with Blackhawks legends Bobby Hull and Jonathan Toews for goals scored by teenagers. He's one point away from tying Toews on the team's list of quickest players to reach 70 points, with 69 points (24G, 45A) in 76 games.
