Connor Bedard and Taylor Hall started the NHL regular season as linemates, but his shoulder injury sidelined him again.

Hall has been out week-to-week since being hit by Brandon Carlo, but we still have this beautiful interaction from the beginning of the season.

being a good teammate is a concept that i think is often overlooked. during my first year of coaching softball, that was the one thing i wanted my kids to learn from me if it was anything at all.

s/o to taylor hall for motivating bedard to never give up on himself.

Connor Bedard went back to the bench disappointed after missing a shot on goal after a shift. Taylor Hall reassured him, however, that if he keeps shooting it, it will go in.

Hall is being the absolute best teammate for Bedard at that moment, and it is the kind of positive reinforcement anyone could use early in their careers.

Their chemistry is evident both on and off-ice.

In his first 9 NHL games, Connor Bedard has already scored 4 goals and accumulated 6 points, breaking Blackhawks records along the way.

According to ESPN stats and information, his goal against Arizona on Tuesday made him the youngest player in the NHL to score within the first 30 seconds of a game.

Bedard is just getting started, and the more confidence he gains, the better he will become.
