Huge Announcement: Connor Bedard Makes Chicago Blackhawks History
This is Connor Bedard's second NHL game of the season, to which he contributed an assist yesterday.
In today's game, the Chicago Blackhawks are taking on the Boston Bruins and Linus Ullmark.
Bedard writes himself into the Blackhawks history books
Ullmark, the Vezina Trophy winner, is regarded as one of the best goalies in the league right now. At the 14:24 mark of the first period against the Bruins, Connor Bedard would score on Ullmark.
In order to complete the play, he did not stop after he got a rebound from his own shot. The wrap-around was quite quick, as he moved around the net with speed and no Bruins player was able to intercept!
The execution around Ullmark was beautiful and he scored his first NHL goal where he least expected it.
This goal makes Bedard the youngest player in team history to score a goal for the Blackhawks.
What a beauty!
There it is: Connor Bedard scores his first career NHL goal.
