Possible Destinations for Caleb Jones
Caleb Jones is an adequate defensive player in the bottom six. Teams require depth for post-season play and to cover gaps in other players' absences.
He could be a problem solver for a franchise who is in need of a player who could sign a "prove it" contract or a half a year rental, depending upon his play.
2 possible landing spots for Caleb Jones
It would be beneficial for the Los Angeles Kings to sign Jones to a bargain contract. Jones may compete with Tobias Bjornfot for a spot on the team, but that would be an excellent deal for the Kings, right?
Anaheim Ducks are in the process of rebuilding and could benefit from Jones' services. In a similar fashion to the Los Angeles Kings, the Ducks are weak on the left side, and they have a lot of cap space to work with.
As August begins, it's hard to tell who will bite first.
