There are certain players that warrant a game plan to compete against and the match-up is circled on the schedule in bright ink.
Brad Marchand is one of those players, who can basically play any way that his coach needs and do it at a high-level.
That said, the recent news regarding the longtime Bruin and Nova Scotian has certainly garnered attention.
Here's the latest from Marchand:
Marchand is aware that he wont be returning for a while yet, but he did provide an update to how his body is feeling.
"I was kind of waiting to see how I felt just because guys who have done it have talked so highly about how great they felt afterwards," said Marchand. "And I dealt with a lot the last few years with my hips and groins and everything, so the change has been incredible. It's night and day how I feel out there and I'm really anxious to get back to where I normally am and feel the way I do now without having any pain. It's a great feeling."
The fans and haters are all wishing you a quick recovery, Marchy. Even if we don't all want to admit it.
