Ex-Blackhawks Hero Opens Up About His Cup Winning Goal
Dave Bolland's winning goal in the final 17 seconds of game six of the 2013 Stanley Cup final will forever hold a special place in Chicago Blackhawks' history.
In an interview with Charlie Roumeliotis of Blackhawks Insider, Bolland reminisced about that cup win and the remarkable season that led to it.
Reflecting on the 24-game point streak, Bolland admitted that the 2013 team didn't initially feel as strong as the 2010 squad, but their impressive record changed everything.
