Former Hawks player Patrick Sharp will make his first appearance as a TV analyst on Saturday's NBC Sports Chicago broadcast. This will be during the Blackhawks game against Detroit. Sharp and Troy Murray have been part of the broadcast team since August. The two former Hawks players replace Pat Foley, who has retired, and Eddie Olczyk, who has joined the Seattle Kraken broadcast team.
Patrick Sharp scored 287 goals and 333 assists in 939 games in his career. The three-time Stanley Cup winner (2010, 2013, 2015) certainly has the experience to be a good TV analyst. It will be interesting to hear his thoughts on the Blackhawks' games this year and perhaps hear a few anecdotes from his with the Hawks!
