Stanley Cup Champ Has Been Made Available: Should The Blackhawks Make a Move?
Nicolas Aube-Kubel has just been placed on waivers by the Maple Leafs.
Aube-Kubel was with the Avalanche last year as they made their run to become Stanley Cup champions.
His his career, the winger has 50 points in 175 career games with the Flyers, Avalanche, and very briefly the Leafs.
The Blackhawks are doing well with guys who need a home for a year right now, so Aube-Kubel can fit right in on the 3rd or 4th line if the Blackhawks are looking to add some depth.
