You Will Not Believe The Insane Way Aleksander Barkov is Donating to Charity This Season
Aleksander Barkov is usually referred to as ''underrated'' but for what reason? The twenty-seven year old center is as elite as they get in the center position, he has had five sixty-plus seasons out of nine in the league and shows zero signs of slowing down, in last years 2021-22 season Barkov put up a career high tally of 39 goals.
Barkov finished the season with 39 goals, and 49 assists totalling 88 points, and he has now decided to donate funds to a charity, and the circumstances around it are insane.
''#FlaPanthers captain Aleksander Barkov has announced that he will continue to donate $1,600 per goal and $800 per assist to @_DCHospital during the playoffs!
With 39 goals and 49 assists, his donation total reached $101,600 during the regular season.''
$1,600 per goal?? That is amazing, as Barkov scored 39 last season and shows no signs of slowing down, 39 goals would equal out to over $62,000 USD.
$800 per assist?? Even better, Barkov racks up assists most nights in a dominating manor, totalling for 49 last season, that total of assists would equal out to be over $39,200 USD.
Way to go Barkov, class act!
