Alex Ovechkin Gets Absolutely Steamrolled by Own Teammate in Practice (video)
The NHL season is right around the corner and under two weeks away, as we patiently await the start of the 2022-23 season teams are hosting training camps and preseason games.
The Washington Capitals to be specific are getting chippy in the teams line vs line practice, in the video shown below line 1 of the Washington Capitals faced off in drills against line 4- and things got a little serious when the teams Superstar, and arguably the best goal scorer of this generation got sat on his butt by a much younger fourth liner, Nic Dowd.
Dowd is currently projected to just make the Capitals opening night roster and be a fourth line centre for the Capitals. Does this hit jeopardize his potential to make the roster, or was he just playing good hard hockey??
