The Montreal Canadiens announced right after yesterday's game that Jonathan Drouin will be out for four-to-six weeks due to an upper-body injury. They also mentioned that he suffered the injury on November 5 against the Vegas Golden Knights. He has played in three games with his injury. So far this season, Jonathan Drouin has only four assists in 12 games. He has yet to score his first goal this season.
Drouin also missed part of training camp in October due to an injury. He just cannot seem to catch a break. Hopefully he returns healthy and performs well this season. In the last few games, Drouin was more involved and created more scoring chances. He was starting to get better. This morning Montreal recalled forward Rem Pitlick from the Laval Rockets.
