Bryan Bickell, Cam Barker, Byfuglien and Ben Eager. One of the grittiest cores in the NHL at the time, all registering over a combined 280 penalty minutes that season, played a key roll in Patrick Kanes and many others confidence when handling the puck which lead to Kane scoring one of the most memorable goals in Hawks history..
