Dustin Byfuglien had quite the NHL career. Byfuglien won the Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks in 2010 and played a key role in ending the Blackhawks drought. He had 16 points in 22 playoff games in 2009-2010, which had many argue that he was deserving of the Conn Smythe Trophy.
Byfuglien was traded after the Stanley Cup and finished off his career with Winnipeg. He finished his career with 525 points in 869 games. Byfuglien's career ended prematurely, but his physical style of play and ability to quiet crowds has left an impact on every player he has ever played with.
So what is Byfuglien up to now? Byfuglien has been keeping a low profile and enjoying his everyday life with his family. He entered in a fishing tournament earlier this past summer. He did an interview in which he stated that he doesn't really miss playing hockey or being at the rink. He also said that he has two young sons that are coming up, so he will be back to the rink sooner than later.
